Started the week strong! Monday morning, I woke up early (miraculously) and decided to stretch before checking my phone. Game changer. I threw on my fave matching workout set (hello, olive green cuteness) and went for a light jog. I’m not training for anything, but getting outside with a playlist of throwback hits just sets the tone.

Came home, made a banana protein smoothie with almond butter (obsessed), and finally booked the hair appointment I’ve been putting off for months. I wanted something fresh for spring/summer, and I’d been thinking of curtain bangs and some honey-toned highlights. My stylist said YES, so that’s happening Thursday—eek!

Tuesday: Gym Girl Era Unlocked 🏋️‍♀️

Okay, Tuesday was the day I officially felt like a Sporty Girl. I actually went to the gym instead of just pretending I go to the gym on Instagram 😅 I did a mix of strength training (thank you TikTok tutorials) and cardio. I’m keeping it chill, just aiming to move my body more and get stronger.

Also — I finally tried that Pilates class at the studio down the street. It kicked my butt, but in the best way. Everyone was so welcoming, and I loved how it focused on control and breathing. It was giving elegance + power vibes. Definitely going back.

Wednesday was more chill, but necessary. My muscles were sore (hello, Pilates), so I took it easy. Did a long walk in the park, listened to a wellness podcast, and spent time stretching at home.

I also did a little self-care night — face mask, hair mask, nails. The works. It felt good to slow down, light some candles, and just check in with myself. It reminded me that this whole “era” isn’t about being perfect; it’s about showing up for myself with love and consistency.

Thursday: Hair Day = Main Character Moment 💇‍♀️

IT’S HAIR DAY.

I went to the salon with so much excitement and a little nervous energy. My stylist is amazing and totally got the vision — soft curtain bangs, honey balayage highlights, and that glossy finish we all dream of. I felt like a whole new person walking out. Like, who is she?? 😍

It’s wild how much a hairstyle can affect your mood. I felt lighter, more confident, and ready to take on the world (or at least my to-do list).

Friday: Kitchen Chronicles – Dinner With Us 🍽️

Friday night was so wholesome. I invited a couple friends over and we decided to cook dinner together instead of going out. There’s something really cozy about cooking with people you love, laughing in the kitchen, music playing, and wine glasses clinking.

We made homemade flatbread pizzas (so fun to customize toppings), a side salad with honey-mustard dressing, and a big batch of lemony pasta. Honestly, it was better than most restaurants. For dessert, one of my friends brought chocolate lava cakes and we heated them up with vanilla ice cream — chef’s kiss.

The highlight of the night was just sitting around the table, talking about everything and nothing, laughing until our stomachs hurt. It reminded me how special it is to create little moments like that.

Also tried editing my vlog footage and, let me just say, I talk with my hands so much 😅 But that’s part of the charm, right?

Spent the rest of the day catching up on errands, walking my dog, and reading a new book. It was nice to have a balance of productivity and peace.

Ah, Sunday. My favorite day to pause, reflect, and reset.
