Weekly Vlog – Grizzly’s Bday, Cozy Vibes, New Gymshark

Welcome back to another weekly vlog! This week was packed with celebration, cozy moments, and a little fitness motivation. From Grizzly’s birthday to treating myself to some new Gymshark pieces, it was a fun and balanced week. Let’s get into it!

Monday – Planning & Prepping for Grizzly’s Birthday

Mondays are usually for resetting, but this week, I was all about preparing for Grizzly’s birthday! For those who don’t know, Grizzly is my adorable golden dog, and he’s turning another year older this week. I wanted to make sure he had the best little celebration, so I spent the day planning a dog-friendly birthday cake, picking out presents, and organizing a mini celebration with some of my friends and their pups.

I also got a Gymshark package delivered today, which made my morning! I ordered some new leggings, a sports bra, and a hoodie from their latest collection. Trying them on was a must, and let me just say—the fit was amazing! It gave me that little boost of motivation to keep up with my workouts this week.

After all the excitement, I wrapped up my night with some tea and a cozy Netflix binge. Perfect start to the week!

Tuesday – Gym & A Chill Work Day

I kicked off my morning with a workout in my new Gymshark set, and I felt so good! I’ve been focusing on strength training lately, and today’s workout was all about legs and glutes. Squats, lunges, and hip thrusts had me feeling the burn, but I loved it.

After that, I spent most of the day working. Emails, content planning, and a little bit of video editing. Sometimes, my workdays are super packed, but I try to make them cozy—lighting a candle, playing lo-fi music, and making a good cup of coffee always help.

By the evening, I took Grizzly for a long walk. He was full of energy, as always! Watching him run around and play is always the best part of my day.

Wednesday – Cozy Self-Care Day

Midweek calls for a reset, so I dedicated today to a little self-care. I had a slow morning with a good book and my favorite oat milk latte. Then, I did a skincare routine with a hydrating face mask because my skin has been feeling dry lately.

For lunch, I made a big bowl of homemade ramen—so comforting and delicious! After eating, I spent some time editing my upcoming vlog. I love putting together clips from my week and making everything look aesthetic.

The rest of the day was all about relaxing. A long bath, cozy pajamas, and a movie night with Grizzly curled up beside me—just what I needed.

Thursday – Grizzly’s Birthday!

Today was all about celebrating my little golden boy! I woke up early to decorate and bake him a special dog-friendly cake with peanut butter, bananas, and oat flour. He was SO excited when he saw it!

I invited a few friends over with their dogs, and we had the cutest little birthday party in the backyard. Lots of playtime, treats, and cuddles. Grizzly was spoiled with new toys, and his happy tail wags made my whole day.

After all the excitement, we had a quiet evening. I snuggled up with Grizzly and reflected on how much joy he brings to my life. Definitely one of the best days this week!

Friday – Back to Work & Gym Motivation

After a fun day yesterday, it was time to get back on track. I hit the gym in my new Gymshark hoodie and focused on an upper-body workout. I’m really trying to build strength, so I challenged myself with heavier weights today.

The rest of my day was spent catching up on work. I had a few meetings, worked on some content ideas, and even started planning next week’s vlog.

By the evening, I was craving something warm and cozy, so I made a big cup of hot chocolate and watched some YouTube vlogs for inspiration.

Saturday – Shopping & Chill Weekend Vibes

Saturdays are for errands and treating myself a little. I went out to grab some groceries and stopped by a few stores just to browse. Of course, I ended up buying a cute sweater because, well, I couldn’t resist!

For lunch, I grabbed a sushi bowl from one of my favorite spots. It was so fresh and delicious. Then, I spent the afternoon editing and journaling.

Later, I took Grizzly for another walk, and we just enjoyed the cool evening air. Perfect way to unwind.

Sunday – Reflect & Recharge

Sunday was all about resetting for the new week. I did a little cleaning, meal prepping, and writing in my journal about my goals for the upcoming days.

I also took some time to relax—candles lit, cozy sweater on, and a good book in hand. Grizzly was curled up next to me, and it was the perfect peaceful moment to end the week.
