That day, a netizen in Shenzhen saw a husky lying peacefully on the street. It was pouring with rain, and the dog was completely soaked. A long rope was still tied around its neck, dragging along the ground, but its owner didn’t know where it was. Curious, he went over to check and discovered that someone had gouged out its eyes and that blood was still oozing from its face.
It was too dangerous to leave him lying on the road, afraid that a car would hit him or injure him again, so he decided to leave him alone.
