subi won t take the inedible thing out of his mouth!😑

Subi is not your average little troublemaker. He’s clever, playful, and curious beyond measure—but that curiosity often leads him into situations that leave everyone around him completely exasperated. And today? Today is one of those days when Subi decided to test everyone’s patience in the most unexpected and slightly gross way. It all started with a shiny, inedible thing he found on the ground—and simply refused to take out of his mouth.

Let’s rewind a bit.

A Normal Morning Turns into a Struggle

It was a peaceful morning in the yard. Birds were chirping, the sun was warming up the garden, and the household was slowly waking to the sound of pots and pans in the kitchen. Subi, the energetic and endlessly mischievous baby—monkey, pup, or toddler, depending on how you imagine him—was already out exploring. His guardians had just started their routine when they noticed him sitting under the big mango tree, chewing something.

“Subi?” someone called gently.

He didn’t even flinch. He sat there, completely absorbed in gnawing on something that sparkled strangely in the morning light.

“What’s that in your mouth?” the caretaker asked as they walked closer.

That’s when it started—the wide-eyed look of innocent defiance, followed by the tight-lipped clench that said, loud and clear, “I’m not giving this up.”

The Inedible Mystery Object

It turns out Subi had found something absolutely not meant for eating. Was it a metal screw? A bottle cap? A shiny button from someone’s shirt? Nobody was entirely sure. But what was certain was this: it was not food. And Subi was absolutely refusing to let go of it.

The first instinct was to try reasoning.

“Come on, buddy,” his caretaker pleaded, “Give it to me. That’s not food.”

Subi stared.

He puffed up his cheeks, tightened his jaw, and turned away like a stubborn old man guarding a secret recipe. No amount of coaxing or bribing with fruit would change his mind.

The Chase Begins

Things quickly escalated. Subi, realizing that everyone wanted what he had in his mouth, took off sprinting like a lightning bolt across the yard. His little feet kicked up dust as he zigzagged around flower pots, ducked under furniture, and climbed onto the porch railing.

“SUBI! That’s dangerous!” someone yelled, running after him.

But Subi wasn’t about to let his precious treasure go. With the object still tightly clamped between his teeth, he leapt, flipped, and scrambled away from every outstretched hand. His eyes sparkled with mischief, as if this was all the best game ever invented.

To him, it wasn’t about the object anymore—it was about winning.
