Dr. Garth Fisher was the man behind Kylie Jenner’s surgery
Kylie Jenner’s surgeon has spoken out after she surprised fans by revealing exactly what she asked for when she underwent a boob job.
Jenner, 27, is believed to have had the procedure before she gave birth to her first child, Stormi, now seven years old.
The reality TV personality and beauty business mogul long remained quiet about going under the knife, but in 2023, she admitted that she’d had breast enhancement surgery.

“I got my breasts done before Stormi,” she said in an episode of The Kardashians. “Within six months of having Stormi—not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. They were still healing.”

Jenner continued to share: “I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts. Perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wish, obviously, that I never got them done to begin with.
“I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children.”

While she admitted to having some regrets about having it done, she’s since given specific details of what she asked for when having her boobs done after an inquisitive TikToker asked her to share them.

Now, Dr. Garth Fisher himself has responded to his celebrity client sharing what she had done.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday (June 4), Fisher wrote: “I’m honored to be acknowledged by Kylie — her unexpected post was unexpected but truly appreciated.”

He continued: “Patient confidentiality has always been the foundation of my practice. Over 3 decades we’ve never had a single breach. My entire team is thoroughly trained about bound by strict NDAs and confidentiality agreements. This is more than policy — it’s our culture.”
Fisher went on to note NIPAA laws and how he’d ‘never discuss any details of a procedure unless the patient has chosen to share them or given me permission’.
“Every patient is unique,” the surgeon went on, seemingly implying that Jenner’s specific boob job may not be suited to everybody.
“This isn’t ‘cookbook’ surgery — it’s thoughtful, personalized care.”
She wrote: “You did my first facelift in 2011… 14 years ago!!! and made it the most amazing experience ever and even gave us access to film so that others could get a peek inside what it’s like and not be afraid.

Kylie Jenner fans in shock after spotting intimate item in suitcase following rare insight into her and Timothée Chalamet’s sex life
The pair have been spotted courtside watching the New York Knicks recently
Kylie Jenner has given fans a rare glimpse into her and Timothée Chalamet’s sex life for the second time in the space of just a few days.
Despite growing up with a TV crew following her family around in their day-to-day lives, the mom-of-two has a much more private life than that of her elder siblings, including Kim Kardashian, and her mom, Kris Jenner.
While Jenner does appear in The Kardashians, her involvement is heavily reduced compared to her time on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

So, it’s pretty rare to see the 27-year-old out and about as she focuses on her family life at home, sharing Stormi and Aire with rapper Travis Scott.
After the pair broke up in 2023, the Kylie Cosmetics owner cast her eyes on a new love – actor Chalamet, having been romantically linked since 2023.

Initially, they kept their relationship on the down low but they’ve since been spotted at several public engagements together, with Jenner being Chalamet’s plus one to a number of awards ceremonies and basketball games in recent months.

Just last week, Jenner reposted a TikTok of a clip of Samantha from a scene in Sex and the City.
In the scene in question, Carrie asks why she had a sudden interest in basketball. Samantha replied: “I don’t get laid unless the Knicks win.”
Now, eagle-eyed fans have spotted that she even packed Knick-themed lingerie for Chalamet – whether she used them after defeat to the Pacers in another story!
Taking to Twitter, one fan posted: “KNICKS LINGERIE IS CRAZY you got a real one @ RealChalamet.”

A third typed: “I DOUBLE TAKED kylie jenner is that knicks lingerie.”
While someone else commented: “Knicks colored lingerie?????? KNICKS COLORED LINGERIE???!!! this woman is madly in love.”
Her new 29-year-old fella is a big New York Knicks fan, and the pair have been spotted courtside recently in seats that reportedly cost as much as $62,000 each, according to Bloomberg.

On Thursday (May 29), Jenner and Chalamet attended the Eastern Conference Finals at Madison Square Garden in New York to watch the Knicks go up against the Indiana Pacers.
They were sitting with fellow A-listers Miles Teller, Spike Lee, Tracy Morgan, and Ben Stiller; and it appears as if Jenner might be the team’s good luck charm as the Knicks proved victorious and beat their opponents 111 to 94.

However, Chalamet and Jenner were also at the game last night (June 1) in which the Knicks were defeated – meaning they must wait another year before scooping championship rings, with the Pacers now facing the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA final.

Rather than focusing on Moore’s epic win for her role in The Substance marking her first award during her 45 years in the industry, some were more preoccupied by her apparent interaction – or rather lack of – with Kylie Jenner.

After receiving her award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, Moore was recorded going into the crowd and approaching a table where the likes of Elle Fanning, Jenner and Timothée Chalamet were sat.
Some social media users analyzed the recording and pointed out that Moore seemed to speak to those either side of Jenner but not the member of the Kardashian-Jenner family herself, with some viewers questioning whether Moore had ‘ignored’ the reality star.

Thankfully, the star’s youngest daughter Tallulah – who she shares with ex-husband Bruce Willis – has taken to Instagram to nip any speculation ‘straight in the bud’.

In a post shared to her story, Tallulah shared an article questioning whether Moore ‘snubbed’ Jenner, adding a caption addressing it.
She wrote: “Hi @everyone but really, press, NIPPING THIS STRAIGHT IN THE BUD. We spent New Year’s with Elle, so connecting with her after a win was a very organic thing to do, this angel was in total shock and delight and moving throughout a warm room of well wishers.
“There was no snub of any sort, had she seen KJ wanting to congratulate her, she would have fully given her the time and space.
And what an accomplishment the award is for Moore, who gave an incredibly poignant acceptance speech after receiving the Golden Globe.
The Ghost actor said: “Thirty years ago, I had a producer tell me that I was a popcorn actress, and at that time, I made that mean that this [award] wasn’t something that I was allowed to have.

“[It meant] that I could do movies that were successful and that made a lot of money but that I couldn’t be acknowledged, and I believed that.

However, when the ‘absolutely bonkers script’ for The Substance came across her desk, Moore said she felt like it was the universe telling her she wasn’t ‘done’.
