Jordon Hudson commemorated her viral beach yoga session with Bill Belichick in a bigger way than just on Instagram.

On March 15. the former cheerleader, 24, posted the now-famous snaps of her striking poses while upheld by the support of her boyfriend Belichick. In the photos, the former New England Patriots general manager, 73, can be seen lying on his back in the sand while he lifted a swimwear-clad Hudson.

As The New York Times recounted in an article published on May 20, Massachusetts artist Ryan McFee decided to paint the image using acrylic and spray paint. He added his own touch by illustrating a sign beside them which read, “The Patriot Way,” and shared it on Instagram.

Hudson was tagged in the photo and reached out to McFee to purchase the piece, as he told The New York Times. He also noted that the Miss Maine USA contestant requested that he change the sign to read, “The Belichick Way,” and the artist complied.

The outlet reported that he titled his painting “Mona Lisa Vito” in reference to a character from My Cousin Vinny. Hudson reportedly told McFee this was the first movie she and the UNC football coach watched together.

The couple, who have a 49-year age gap, came under criticism last month after their awkward CBS News appearance. On April 27, Belichick spoke to reporter Tony Dokoupil for a Sunday Morning segment timed ahead of the release of his book The Art of Winning: Lessons from a Life in Football. He was joined on air by Hudson, whom Dokoupil described as a “constant presence” during the interview.

The most noteworthy moment of the broadcast happened when Hudson shut down Dokoupil’s question about how she and Belichick met, but it wasn’t the only inquiry the interviewer made about their relationship. After Hudson’s tense interjection, the reporter went on to discuss their public relationship and social media activity, including the beach yoga Instagram post.

Dokoupil pointed out that these pictures show a “different side” of Belichick and asked him about his reaction to the photos. However, the interview got awkward once again when the coaching legend failed to fully understand the question.

“Yeah, so I’m on some of those social media platforms,” Belichick replied after more explanation from the journalist, “but I honestly don’t follow.”

Belichick did eventually address the photos during his May 17 appearance on the Pivot podcast. On this more recent occasion, he joked that he participated in the ocean-side activity with Hudson because he is “trying to stay young.”
