Zebby has always been more than just a golden retriever—he’s my best friend, my adventure buddy, and the sunshine on even the cloudiest days. So when I started planning our first beach day of the season, I knew I had to make it extra special. That’s when I stumbled upon the perfect beach chair just for him on Chewy.

Let me back up for a second. Last summer, every time we hit the beach, I brought my usual chair and towel while Zebby would lay directly in the sand. But being the royal pup that he is, he’d always end up climbing into my lap halfway through the day, completely ignoring the fact that he’s a full-sized golden retriever with zero concept of personal space. And honestly? He looked so content, I got a little emotional. It might just be a chair, but it’s a symbol of how much he means to me. Our dogs give us unconditional love every day. The least I can do is give Zebby a comfy place to enjoy the world with me.
As the sun started to set, I looked over and saw Zebby still lounging—sand on his paws, nose salty from the ocean air, and the happiest smile you’ve ever seen on a dog. I couldn’t have asked for a better day.
