VLOGMAS DAY 3: Shopping, Ab Circuit & Cardio Routine, New Gymshark

Welcome back to Vlogmas, everyone! It’s Day 3, and today was packed with fun, fitness, and a little bit of shopping—because what’s the holiday season without a bit of retail therapy? From a quick shopping spree to my intense ab circuit and cardio routine, I’m taking you through everything. Plus, I finally got my hands on the latest Gymshark drop, and I can’t wait to share my thoughts!

Morning: Shopping Spree

I started the day bright and early because I wanted to beat the holiday shopping rush. The malls are already buzzing with festive decorations, Christmas music, and the energy of people hunting for gifts.

First stop: Lululemon. I’ve been eyeing their new Align collection, and let’s be honest, their leggings are a game-changer. I grabbed a couple of pairs, including a gorgeous deep green one that just screams holiday vibes.

Next up, Sephora. With all the holiday parties coming up, I needed a few essentials: Fenty Beauty’s Gloss Bomb (a must-have), a new setting spray, and a festive red lipstick—because nothing says Christmas like a bold red lip!

Of course, I couldn’t leave without stopping by Gymshark’s pop-up store. They just released a new collection, and as a gym enthusiast, I had to check it out. Spoiler alert: I walked out with more than I planned!

Afternoon: Ab Circuit & Cardio Routine

After all that shopping, it was time to sweat it out. Today’s workout was focused on abs and cardio—perfect for burning off some of those holiday treats! Here’s my Ab Circuit & Cardio Routine if you want to try it too:

AB CIRCUIT (Repeat 3x)

  1. Hanging Leg Raises – 15 reps
  2. Russian Twists (with a 10lb weight) – 20 reps (10 per side)
  3. Plank Shoulder Taps – 30 reps (15 per side)
  4. Toe Touch Crunches – 15 reps
  5. Bicycle Crunches – 30 reps (15 per side)
  6. Side Plank Hip Dips – 10 reps per side

This workout really targets the core, and by the third round, you’ll definitely feel the burn!

CARDIO SESSION

I like to mix things up with my cardio, so here’s what I did today:

  • 10-minute treadmill warm-up (incline walk at 3.5 speed)
  • 20 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill (30 sec sprint at 9.0 speed, 1-minute walk at 4.0 speed)
  • 10 minutes of stair climber (this one’s a killer, but it works wonders!)
  • Cool-down: 5-minute jog + stretching

By the end, I was drenched in sweat but felt amazing. There’s something about a solid workout that just boosts your mood instantly!

Evening: New Gymshark Try-On

Post-workout, I finally had time to try on my new Gymshark pieces, and let me tell you—they did not disappoint!
