Bibi was surprised by Thuy’s gift and performed fashion shows with new clothes!

It was a quiet morning on the farm when Bibi the monkey woke up, stretched her arms, and looked around for her favorite human friend, Thuy. Bibi was a playful and curious little monkey, always eager to discover something new. She loved spending time with Thuy, who treated her not just like a pet, but like a member of the family.

That day, however, something was different.

Thuy had been unusually secretive the day before, whispering with Farmer Cutis and giggling whenever Bibi tried to sneak a peek. Bibi had a feeling that something exciting was going on, but she couldn’t quite figure out what.

After breakfast, Thuy walked toward Bibi with a mysterious smile on her face. Behind her, she was dragging a large colorful box wrapped with bright ribbons and sparkling paper. Bibi’s eyes widened as she jumped up and down in excitement, her little tail twitching.

“For you, Bibi!” Thuy said, placing the gift box in front of her.

Bibi stared at the box, then looked up at Thuy in disbelief. A present? For her? She squealed with delight and began tearing at the paper with her small but nimble fingers. Bit by bit, the wrapping came off, revealing the contents inside.

Inside the box were clothes—lots of them! Tiny dresses in all colors, glittery jackets, adorable hats, even a pair of miniature sunglasses. Bibi gasped and held up a bright pink dress with tiny strawberry patterns. Her eyes sparkled.

“Oh my bananas!” Bibi seemed to say as she squeaked with joy.

Thuy laughed. “You always try to wear my scarves and hats, so I thought… why not get you your very own wardrobe?”

Bibi couldn’t contain herself. She dove into the box, pulling out one outfit after another, inspecting each one with great care. She tried on a blue dress first, twirling in circles to watch it flow around her.

“You look like a little princess!” Thuy said, clapping her hands.

That was all the encouragement Bibi needed. She rushed back into the box and changed into another outfit—a glittery silver top with matching pants. She posed dramatically, one hand on her hip, the other raised toward the sky.

Suddenly, Bibi had an idea. She ran off toward the barn and came back with a large wooden board, which she placed on the ground like a runway. Then she climbed on top and struck a pose.

“A fashion show!” Thuy exclaimed. “You want to do a fashion show?”

Bibi nodded vigorously. She gestured toward the clothes box and then to the makeshift runway. She wanted to show off every outfit, one by one, just like the models in the magazines Thuy sometimes read.

And so, the fashion show began.

First up was the sunflower dress, bright yellow with little green leaves stitched along the hem. Bibi strutted down the runway, blowing kisses and waving her tiny hands. Thuy clapped and cheered from the sidelines, pretending to be a crowd of thousands.

Next came the elegant red gown with a flowing cape. Bibi took slow, dramatic steps, pausing halfway down the runway to spin and let the cape flutter behind her. She held her head high like a royal queen.

There was even a sporty outfit—a tiny tracksuit with stripes and a matching sweatband. Bibi jogged in place at the end of the runway, showing off her flexibility and athletic moves.

The grand finale was the rainbow dress, a bright explosion of colors that shimmered in the sunlight. Bibi paired it with oversized pink sunglasses and a tiny glittery handbag. She walked down the runway with confidence, swaying her hips and striking a final pose that made Thuy burst into laughter and applause.

“You’re amazing, Bibi!” she said between giggles. “I think you’ve just invented monkey couture!”

After the show, Bibi sat on a little cushion, tired but happy. Thuy brought her a bowl of bananas as a post-show treat, and the two friends relaxed together under the shade of a mango tree.

Bibi picked up a red scarf from the gift box and draped it over her shoulder, still in fashion-show mode. Thuy smiled and snapped a few pictures with her camera.

By the end of the day, news of Bibi’s fashion show had spread across the farm. The chickens clucked excitedly, the goats bleated their approval, and even the shy little ducklings waddled over to get a look at the stylish monkey.

Farmer Cutis chuckled when he saw Bibi in a tiny denim jacket and a sun hat.

“She’s going to need her own closet soon,” he said. “And maybe a modeling agent!”

That night, as the stars twinkled above, Thuy tucked Bibi into her little bed, covering her with a soft blanket. Bibi held onto her favorite dress— the pink one with strawberries—and sighed with contentment.

“Good night, fashion queen,” Thuy whispered, giving Bibi a gentle pat on the head.

Bibi closed her eyes with a smile, dreaming of runways, applause, and new clothes yet to come.

From that day forward, fashion shows became a regular part of life on the farm. Every week, Bibi and Thuy would pick out new outfits, set up a fresh runway, and invite all the animals to come watch. It brought so much joy—not just to Bibi, but to everyone who saw her light up with creativity and confidence.

And as for Thuy, she had never been happier. Seeing Bibi express herself in such a fun and fabulous way made every moment on the farm even more special.

After all, there was nothing quite like a surprise gift to bring two best friends even closer—and a fashion show to turn an ordinary day into something truly unforgettable.
