Good morning, beautiful souls! 🌞 It’s your girl @BikiniDivaAngel, and today I’m letting you in on a personal routine that changed everything for me — my GRWM (Get Ready With Me) combined with gentle morning yoga. This isn’t just about skincare or a workout — it’s a full-body, full-mind ritual that leaves me glowing, centered, and ready to conquer the day.

Let’s start with the vibe. I wake up early, usually around 6:30 AM, before the world gets too loud. The first thing I do? I open the curtains to let in natural light, light a lavender or eucalyptus-scented candle, and put on my calm morning playlist. It’s all about setting the tone: peaceful, soft, and intentional.
Then comes the yoga. I roll out my mat and begin a 15 to 20-minute gentle yoga flow. It’s not intense — no power poses or fast sequences. Just mindful movement. I start in Child’s Pose, breathing deeply, thanking my body for a new day. From there, I move into gentle Cat-Cow stretches to wake up the spine, followed by Downward Dog, low lunges, and seated forward folds. The goal isn’t to break a sweat — it’s to feel connected, grounded, and awake. I finish with a short meditation or breathwork. Just five minutes of stillness can do wonders.



Now that my body feels open and my mind is clear, it’s time to GRWM — my favorite part! I hop in the shower and use my go-to citrus body wash that instantly refreshes me. Skincare is next: I cleanse, tone, and moisturize with products that are gentle and hydrating. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with rose water spray and vitamin C serum — they give my skin that dewy, beachy glow I love.

For makeup, I keep it light and fresh. A tinted moisturizer, a little concealer, bronzer for that sun-kissed look, mascara, and a lip gloss with just a hint of shimmer. Nothing heavy, just enough to feel polished and radiant.
Then I pick my outfit. Most days, it’s a matching workout set or a cute flowy dress if I’m stepping out. Whatever I choose, I make sure it feels me — confident, feminine, and comfortable.

Before I walk out the door or start work from home, I take a moment to sip my favorite morning smoothie — banana, almond milk, spinach, and a scoop of vanilla protein. It’s my power drink. I also journal for a few minutes: just a couple of lines on how I’m feeling and what I’m grateful for.

And just like that, I’m ready. Balanced. Energized. Glowing.
