CUTIS & Baby Monkey Are So Embarrassed 😂

CUTIS always woke up with some kind of plan—sometimes silly, sometimes clever, sometimes absolutely chaotic. But on this particular morning, he woke up with a feeling… a strange, tingly feeling… like something embarrassing was just waiting to happen.

Baby Monkey, who slept curled up next to him like a tiny ball of fluff, stretched and yawned.

“What we do today, CUTIS?” he asked innocently.

CUTIS grinned. “We explore! Something amazing will happen today.”

Oh, something would happen, alright. But not the kind CUTIS imagined.

The Start of an Embarrassing Day

CUTIS decided they should go visit the nearby village. He loved the attention humans gave him—the laughs, the snacks, the pats on the head. Baby Monkey followed behind like an excited little shadow, copying CUTIS’s every move.

CUTIS strutted proudly, hands behind his back.

Baby Monkey hopped, skipped, tripped, bounced, and tripped again.

When they entered the village, kids shouted, “CUTIS! Baby Monkey!” and came running.

CUTIS puffed his chest. He loved being famous.

And then… he saw a bright red bucket sitting on the ground.

“Ohhhh…” CUTIS whispered. “Toy.”

Before Baby Monkey even understood, CUTIS stuck his head inside the bucket, pretending he was a robot. Everyone laughed.

Baby Monkey thought it was genius, so he grabbed a small plastic cup and stuck it on his nose like a beak.

The crowd laughed louder.

CUTIS took the bucket off and bowed proudly.

Baby Monkey tried to take the cup off but—

POP!

The cup stuck to his nose.

CUTIS froze. Baby Monkey froze. The whole village burst into laughter.

Baby Monkey covered his face in shame. CUTIS tried to pull the cup off, but it made a squeaky sound every time he tugged.

“CUTIS… help…” Baby Monkey whispered in embarrassment.

CUTIS tried harder.

Squeak squeak squeak!

The crowd laughed even harder.

CUTIS hissed in Baby Monkey’s ear, “Stop squeaking! They laugh more!”

Baby Monkey squeaked again accidentally.

CUTIS buried his face in his hands.

They were both embarrassed already, and the day had barely started.

Escaping the Crowd

CUTIS grabbed Baby Monkey by the hand.

“Run!”

They dashed behind a row of houses, Baby Monkey still squeaking with every step because the cup bounced on his nose.

CUTIS kept shushing him, which only made Baby Monkey squeak even more until CUTIS finally yelled:

“STOP SQUEAKING!”

Baby Monkey whimpered. “I can’t help it…”

CUTIS sighed. “Okay. We hide here until no more people laugh.”

But just as he said that… a chicken walked by.

A normal chicken.

A harmless chicken.

But Baby Monkey, stressed and embarrassed, jumped into CUTIS’s arms like the chicken was a lion.

CUTIS stumbled backward, slipped on a pile of laundry, and—

WHOOSH!

He landed inside a giant basket of freshly washed clothes.

Baby Monkey fell on top of him.

They looked at each other.

CUTIS whispered, “We’re in trouble.”

Baby Monkey whispered, “We’re in underwear.”

Indeed, they were. CUTIS had a pink dress draped over his head like a veil, and Baby Monkey had slid into a giant pair of fluffy shorts that swallowed his entire body.

Two elderly women walked out and screamed.

“Aiyo! The monkeys steal our laundry!”

CUTIS tried to escape, but the dress wrapped around his legs. Baby Monkey rolled on the ground like a ball of cotton.

The women grabbed brooms.

CUTIS and Baby Monkey bolted away, covered in clothes like two runaway fashion disasters.

So embarrassing.

The Street Market Disaster

CUTIS didn’t stop running until they reached the market entrance. He ripped off the dress and pulled Baby Monkey out of the shorts.

“We pretend none of that happened,” CUTIS declared.

Baby Monkey nodded shyly.

They walked into the market like nothing was wrong.

But of course… more embarrassment was waiting.

CUTIS spotted a stall selling bananas. His favorite. He grabbed one quickly.

The stall owner turned and shouted, “HEY! YOU PAY!”

CUTIS panicked and tossed the banana into Baby Monkey’s hands.

The banana smacked Baby Monkey in the face and squished all over him.

People started laughing again.

“It’s okay,” CUTIS said quickly. “Just act normal.”

But Baby Monkey, covered in banana mush, shook his head like a dog and slung banana everywhere.

It hit people.

It hit fruit.

It hit CUTIS directly in the mouth.

CUTIS spit it out. “BABY MONKEY!”

Baby Monkey whimpered. “I’m sorry…”

CUTIS rubbed his face, utterly embarrassed.

The stall owner finally sighed, handing Baby Monkey a napkin.

“Go. Before you cause more trouble.”

CUTIS dragged Baby Monkey away, trying very hard not to look at anyone.

The Final Embarrassment (The Worst One!)

They reached the riverbank, both exhausted, sweaty, and humiliated from their chaotic morning.

CUTIS said, “Let’s wash our faces. Start fresh.”

Baby Monkey nodded and leaned over the water.

CUTIS splashed his face dramatically like in movie scenes.

Baby Monkey lowered his face into the water but saw his reflection—banana mush still stuck on his forehead.

He screamed.

CUTIS jumped in fright and slipped.

PLOOP!

CUTIS fell into the shallow water like a clumsy stone.

Baby Monkey rushed to pull him up—but Baby Monkey slipped too.

Now both monkeys were in the river, flailing, splashing water everywhere.

A group of fishermen started laughing.

CUTIS slowly stood up, soaked, hair sticking out in all directions, looking like a drowned squirrel.

Baby Monkey looked even worse—mud on his face, tail dripping water, ears flattened.

CUTIS covered his face. “This day… so embarrassing…”

Baby Monkey nodded. “CUTIS… I think today we stay home.”

CUTIS agreed. “Yes. Before something else happen.”

But just as they climbed out of the water…

A loud ripple behind them made them turn.

The fishermen had placed a giant, shiny metal bowl in the water. The reflection inside it showed CUTIS and Baby Monkey looking like two scared, wet sponges with no dignity left.

CUTIS stared at the reflection.

Baby Monkey stared too.

Then CUTIS whispered:

“…We look ridiculous.”

Baby Monkey added:

“…Very ridiculous.”

They both hid their faces and walked away slowly while the whole riverbank roared with laughter.

Going Home in Shame

Walking back home, both monkeys felt defeated. CUTIS, the confident hero of many adventures, looked like a soggy mop. Baby Monkey dragged his tail, still squeaking faintly from the cup mark on his nose.

CUTIS sighed deeply. “Today… we don’t play big… we play embarrassing.”

Baby Monkey nodded. “But it’s funny… right?”

CUTIS thought for a moment… then burst into laughter.

Baby Monkey giggled.

And soon, both were laughing together until their stomachs hurt.

Because even though they were embarrassed—together—they also made memories they would laugh about forever.
