CUTIS & Baby Monkey Especially Excited Baby Stuff! Mom’s Unbelievable Reaction

The golden morning sun gently kissed the tops of the banana trees, and the soft hum of the jungle filled the air with life. In the small family hut, CUTIS, the clever and mischievous little monkey, was already awake before anyone else. His tail flicked with excitement, his eyes glimmering with curiosity as he peeked into the corner of the room — the “baby corner.”

That corner had become the most fascinating place in the entire house ever since Mom announced that a new baby was coming. The room was now filled with soft blankets, tiny clothes, colorful toys, and bottles that gleamed in the morning light. To CUTIS, it was a treasure chest waiting to be explored. And today, he wasn’t alone. Baby Monkey — his adorable and playful best friend — had come over early, ready for adventure.

“CUTIS! What’s all this shiny stuff?” Baby Monkey squealed, his eyes wide as he pointed at a bright yellow rattle sitting on the shelf.

CUTIS puffed his chest proudly. “That’s for the new baby! But Mom said we can look, not touch.”

Of course, those words only made Baby Monkey more eager to touch everything. He bounced closer and poked the rattle with one curious finger. It made a cheerful jingling sound — chika-chika-ching! Both monkeys froze for a second, then burst into laughter.

“Did you hear that, CUTIS? It sings!” Baby Monkey said, shaking it again.

CUTIS grinned from ear to ear. “Let me try!” He grabbed it, and soon both monkeys were dancing around, shaking rattles and humming nonsense songs. Their giggles filled the room like music.

But their fun didn’t stop there. CUTIS’s eyes landed on something else — a small basket filled with baby clothes. He climbed down, pulling out tiny socks, soft onesies, and a tiny hat shaped like a bear.

“Look, Baby Monkey! These clothes are smaller than your hand!” he exclaimed.

Baby Monkey tilted his head, amazed. “Who’s going to wear that? A mouse?”

CUTIS laughed so hard he rolled on the floor. “No, silly! It’s for the baby. Mom said babies are really small when they’re born — smaller than a coconut!”

Baby Monkey gasped. “Smaller than a coconut?! Then maybe the baby will fit in this box!” He pointed at the baby carrier, thinking it was a bed.

Without hesitation, CUTIS climbed into the carrier to test it out. “See? It’s soft! Like a banana pillow!” he said, rolling around inside it.

But the moment he tried to stand up, the carrier tipped over, sending him tumbling onto the floor with a loud thud! Baby Monkey squeaked, “CUTIS! Are you okay?!”

CUTIS sat up, rubbing his head but laughing. “I think the baby bed doesn’t like big monkeys!”

They both laughed again — that kind of innocent laughter that only little troublemakers could share.

Just as they were catching their breath, Baby Monkey spotted something on the table — a bottle filled with white liquid. “What’s this, CUTIS? Is it milk?”

CUTIS’s eyes sparkled mischievously. “Yes! Baby milk! I heard Mom say it’s sweet and special for the baby. Maybe we can test it — just to make sure it’s safe.”

Before anyone could stop him, Baby Monkey grabbed the bottle and tried to suck from the nipple. His face scrunched up in confusion. “Hmm… it tastes weird. Like banana water but not banana.”

CUTIS took a sip too, and his expression twisted into something funny. “Yuck! Maybe baby milk isn’t for big monkeys!”

But before they could hide the evidence, a voice called from the kitchen — “CUTIS! Baby Monkey! What are you two doing in there?!”

Mom’s voice froze them on the spot. Their tails went stiff, eyes wide with panic. CUTIS whispered, “Quick! Hide everything!”

In a frenzy, they tried to stuff the clothes back into the basket, but they ended up tossing socks everywhere. Baby Monkey tried to put the bottle back, but it slipped from his hands and rolled across the floor. The rattle jingled loudly again.

Mom stepped into the room just in time to see both monkeys standing stiffly, surrounded by baby clothes, rattles, and an upside-down baby carrier.

Her eyes widened in disbelief. “CUTIS! What did you do to the baby things?!”

CUTIS quickly raised his little hand. “Mom, we were just… checking the baby stuff! To make sure it’s safe!”

Mom crossed her arms, trying to look stern but already fighting back a laugh. “Safe? By throwing everything on the floor?”

Baby Monkey chimed in innocently, “We were helping! The milk didn’t taste good, so maybe it’s bad milk!”

That made Mom burst into laughter. She shook her head, her frustration melting into amusement. “Oh, you silly boys. That milk isn’t for you — it’s special formula for newborns. Of course it tastes funny!”

CUTIS blinked, “So the baby will drink funny milk?”

Mom knelt beside them, gently fixing the mess. “Yes, CUTIS. Babies need it because their tummies are too small for normal food. Everything here is for the baby — the clothes, the bed, the toys. You’ll understand when the baby comes.”

CUTIS looked thoughtful, then smiled shyly. “Then we’ll help take care of the baby, right?”

Mom smiled warmly. “Yes, you both will. But only if you promise to be gentle and careful.”

Baby Monkey nodded eagerly. “We promise! We’ll be the best big brothers ever!”

To prove it, CUTIS picked up the tiny hat and carefully placed it on Baby Monkey’s head. “See, Mom? We’re practicing!”

Mom laughed so hard tears came to her eyes. “That hat is for a newborn, not a monkey!”

The rest of the day turned into a joyful mix of laughter and lessons. Mom taught them what each baby item was for — the diapers, the blanket, the powder. CUTIS listened attentively, occasionally asking funny questions like, “Does the baby wear the diaper on the head?” or “Why can’t babies climb trees right away?”

As the sun began to set, CUTIS and Baby Monkey helped Mom gently fold the baby clothes and place them back neatly. Mom smiled at the two little helpers, her heart full of warmth.

Later that night, CUTIS sat quietly by the window, watching the fireflies glow in the dark. Baby Monkey sat beside him, swinging his tail lazily.

“CUTIS,” Baby Monkey said softly, “do you think the baby will like us?”

CUTIS smiled. “Of course! We’ll be the baby’s best friends. We’ll teach it how to climb, how to swing, and how to laugh!”

Mom overheard them from the doorway, her heart melting at their words. She walked over, placed her gentle hand on CUTIS’s head, and whispered, “You’re already the best big brother anyone could ask for.”

The two little monkeys snuggled close, feeling proud and excited. The day had been full of chaos, laughter, and discovery, but it ended with a warm feeling of love. They couldn’t wait for the baby to arrive — for new adventures, new giggles, and new memories to fill their world.

As the crickets sang their lullaby and the moonlight painted silver patterns on the floor, CUTIS and Baby Monkey drifted to sleep, dreaming of tiny hands, warm hugs, and the joy that a new baby would bring.

Tomorrow, there would be more lessons, more laughter, and probably more trouble — but tonight, everything felt perfect.

And Mom, smiling softly in the dark, couldn’t help but whisper to herself, “Unbelievable… but so wonderful.”
