VLOGMAS DAY 8 – Gymshark Advent Calendar, Date Night, Shopping, GRWM

Happy Vlogmas Day 8, everyone! 🎄✨
Today has been such a cozy, festive, and very packed day, and I’m so excited to share every moment with you. We had a perfect mix of fitness, fashion, fun, and a little romance too. Let’s dive right into it!

Morning Vibes & Gymshark Advent Calendar 🎁

I started my morning with a cozy coffee moment — you know, the kind where you just sit in silence, mug in hand, Christmas lights twinkling, and the smell of cinnamon candles filling the air. Pure bliss.

After breakfast, it was time for one of my favorite parts of Vlogmas: opening the Gymshark Advent Calendar! 🎁
Today’s surprise behind Door #8 was AMAZING — it was a pair of Gymshark socks in the cutest Christmas print! They’re soft, stretchy, and perfect for cozy workouts or just lounging at home. Honestly, Gymshark has been killing it with their calendar this year. Each day feels like a mini reward for sticking to my fitness routine during the holiday chaos.

After unboxing, I did a quick 20-minute workout using one of the mini resistance bands from Day 4’s gift. It wasn’t a crazy intense session — just enough to get my blood flowing and my energy up. Sometimes in December, even a tiny workout feels like a big win.

Quick Shopping Trip 🛍️

Post-workout and shower, I threw on a comfy outfit — oversized hoodie, leggings, chunky sneakers — and headed out for a quick shopping trip.

I had a few last-minute gifts to grab (and, let’s be real, a few things for myself too 😅). I hit up Target first for stocking stuffers: cozy socks, cute lip balms, and some mini candles. Target is dangerous this time of year. I swear I walked in for three things and came out with two full bags!

After that, I popped into Sephora because I needed a new foundation and… somehow ended up swatching about twenty different lip glosses. Tell me I’m not the only one who does that?! I ended up treating myself to a holiday mini set from Rare Beauty — their glosses are just chef’s kiss.

The mall was absolutely buzzing — Christmas music playing, people bundled up with shopping bags, kids lining up to meet Santa. It felt so festive and alive. Honestly, as stressful as holiday shopping can be, there’s a magic to it that I really love.

GRWM – Date Night Edition 💄

After my shopping adventures, it was time to get ready for date night!
I lit my favorite vanilla-scented candle, turned on my “Christmas Chill” playlist, and started my GRWM.

Makeup:
I kept my look pretty soft and glowy. I used a hydrating primer (because hello, winter dryness), then went in with my new foundation — it’s so lightweight but still gives that flawless finish. I added a touch of bronzer to warm up my face, a rosy blush on my cheeks, and a little highlight on the tops of my cheekbones. For eyes, I did a soft gold shimmer all over the lid and added a tiny winged liner for a little drama. Finished with a few coats of mascara and a nude gloss.

Hair:
I kept it simple with loose waves using my favorite curling wand. I ran a bit of hair oil through the ends to keep it looking shiny and healthy.

Outfit:
For my outfit, I went with a cream-colored knit dress, a brown leather jacket, and knee-high boots. Cozy, cute, and just a little dressy. Perfect for the casual dinner we had planned.

Date Night Magic ✨

We decided to keep it simple and sweet tonight. Dinner at our favorite little Italian spot downtown. It’s the kind of place with fairy lights strung up on the ceiling and the coziest booths you can just sink into.

We shared a bottle of red wine, ordered way too much pasta (zero regrets), and spent the whole night just talking. No phones, no distractions. Just laughing about random memories, dreaming about next year’s travel plans, and soaking up the moment.

There’s something about December that makes every little thing feel extra special. Maybe it’s the cold air, maybe it’s the lights, maybe it’s just the season reminding us to slow down and appreciate what we have. Whatever it is, I’m grateful for nights like these.

After dinner, we grabbed hot chocolates from a nearby café and wandered through the downtown Christmas market. Every booth was bursting with handmade ornaments, knitted scarves, and homemade sweets. We even picked up a few little gifts for our families — supporting local artists during the holidays just feels so good.

We ended the night by driving around looking at Christmas lights. There’s a neighborhood near us that goes all out every year, and it’s become a little tradition to cruise slowly through, windows down, Christmas music playing softly in the background. It’s those little traditions that make the holidays feel so magical, isn’t it?

Cozy Nightcap 🕯️

When we got home, we changed into cozy pajamas, made some peppermint tea, and curled up on the couch with a Christmas movie. (Tonight’s pick was The Holiday — a total classic in my opinion!)

We didn’t even make it halfway through the movie before both of us were dozing off. Full bellies, warm hearts, and sleepy smiles — the perfect way to end Vlogmas Day 8.

Final Thoughts 🎄
Today was honestly everything I needed. A little productivity, a little self-care, a little romance, and a whole lot of holiday spirit.
Vlogmas always reminds me to slow down and celebrate the small joys — a cute pair of socks, a perfectly brewed coffee, a sweet date night — and today was the perfect example of that.

Thank you so much for coming along with me on Vlogmas Day 8. I’m sending you all the cozy, magical vibes! See you tomorrow for more festive fun! 🎁✨
